May I be refunded for an order I did not receive from six months ago?Updated a year ago

The customer is responsible for tracking their package and letting us know of any delivery issues in a timely manner. In general, please contact store support as soon as possible if your order has not arrived one week after the typical delivery time indicated in the Shipping Policies (e.g. 1-3 business days transit time for Priority Mail) as this will give us a better chance to resolve delivery issues. Also, please contact us if your tracking shows a successful delivery scan but you still haven't received your package after 24 hours and we will advise you on how to retrieve/locate your package. There is no guarantee against loss or theft after delivery. Some classes of mail are insured against loss by the carrier, but after 60 days from the date of shipment, we have no recourse with any carrier, so refunds and replacements are unfortunately not possible, regardless of the class of mail selected.
