Can I return or exchange my order?Updated a year ago
We have a 30-day return policy, so as long as your order was delivered recently and has not been used, worn, or washed, then a return should be possible. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer replacements, refunds or exchanges. Once your order is delivered, please open and inspect it as soon as possible and let store support know if you'd like to return the order as there are no lifetime guarantees included. Due to inventory fluctuations and system limitations, we generally prefer to facilitate a return for refund in conjunction with a re-order, rather than an exchange. This allows the customer to purchase and receive the item they need sooner than if they had to wait for the return to be processed and the new item to be shipped.
